We are a ministry center in an under-resourced community in West Nashville, with a goal to improve the safety and quality of life in the surrounding neighborhoods. Supplemental resources that meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs power our cause. In addition, we offer family-strengthening tools and social activities for all ages. This mission drives our goal to see our neighbors find their passions and thrive at their full potential.

Dream Streets is a ministry center that exists to protect and empower our community members living in distress.

Transitional Housing Facility Assistant

Reports To: Housing Director
Job Classification/Expectation: Part-time, 24 hours per week; 4 PM-8 PM, M-F and 9 AM-1 PM Saturday

Ideal Candidate:
The Transitional Housing Facility Assistant will be the primary staff member responsible for the operations of the facility during the afternoon and evening hours. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism in what can be a fast moving environment, being easily adaptable and open to working alongside people working through life's challenges.

Food Distribution Program Driver

Reports To: Executive Director
Job Classification/Expectation: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week

Ideal Candidate:
Dream Streets is looking to add to our Food Distribution team by hiring a qualified, licensed driver to take over the majority of our food pick up routes to stores located in West, North, and South Nashville. If you are interested in a job that truly impacts thousands of people per week by providing fresh, nutritious groceries to households in need, this might be the role for you!

Elementary School Program Coordinator

Reports To: Executive Director
Job Classification/Expectation: Full-Time,

Ideal Candidate:
Our North Nashville After School Program is in its second year and is already making a difference in the lives of elementary school children across the area. The perfect candidate for this job is passionate about seeing children from hard places succeed. This person needs to be a go-getter, a self-starter with an incredible work ethic and time management skills. This person will also be a team player and people-oriented person, ready to build meaningful relationships with children and families from all walks of life.
